Seems like it might have been rushed?

A bit sketchy, as far as gameplay goes. I like the concept a whole bunch, I must admit, but it just seems a bit rough around the edges.
The hooks were a bit buggy, falling off and all. The music was a bit repetitive as well, it seemed like a very short loop.
I liked the use of the physics that you had but maybe it over complicated the game at times?
A good effort, to be sure.
Oh, on a side note, it was a bit annoying that simply turning the music off caused me to shoot a grappling hook and die.

Strange that i find it relaxing?

I liked it very much, at first i thought the bar getting bigger was simply my imagination. The music was an excellent choice, reminded me of a martinia lounge that i frequent, absolutely wonderful. A bit of variation would've been nice, but if you do follow that idea, make sure not to make it too upbeat or rushed, that could ruin the whole feel of the game, really. Anyway, good work; simple but effective.

Thanks!

A decent game, to be sure

The game plays well, and wins you an overall "good job" from me, however, if you have plans for a sequel or redux of any kind, perhaps you could make the level change shape as the player progresses (or maybe i just didn't play long enough to see that happen?). My only other suggestion would be to have the game not simply end when the ball falls off the platform, but rather for the player only to lose one life. I found it a bit annoying to lose the whole game after simply falling off of the platform early (or late, thanks to reverse panels).
Other than that, great job.

An excellent flash...

Firstly, I've noticed a few people complaining about the hostage voices being ridiculous. I can't help but think that it furthers this shooter's parallels with the old Virtua Cop back on Sega Saturn or whatever that was. Subsequently, I don't think that's something that should be changed.
Also, the game is tough, yes, and the terrorists WILL hit you if given enough time, everytime, this makes sense. However, if you decide to make a further stage, perhaps you could include the colour changing targetting indicator that made Virtua Cop so distinct. That would make the game a bit more a) nostalgic, if that's what you're going for and b) fair to those who aren't quick enough to shoot the terrorists before getting shot.
Someone prior to me asked for interactive environments, and I think that's asking alot, too much, even.
Anyway, the game plays well, nice that there was a bit of a "choose your own adventure" thing at the start, too.
Admittedly, the reload should probably have been all six bullets (or however many cylinders were empty) rather than just one each time. Through playing, you can tell a considerable amount of effort was put into this and the game gets an appropriate score, I believe.
P.S. The hostage hanging DOWN from the wing of the plane just to get right in your way was funny, and rather clever.

Worth while..

A decent game, though i felt like the hit detection was a bit slow once the target really got moving. Very reminiscent of point blank, which is good, and a bit refreshing.
The only unfortunate thing was, for me, the ridiculous guitar noise that played faster and faster as the levels went on. It seems like a popular trend, so i can't really call it your fault, but everyone wants to use angry power chords to emphasize how intense their game is, and in honesty it's just annoying, particularly because of the generally scaled down quality of music that accompanies games due to file size.
Anyway, that's not really your fault, and you've made a good game here, othewise.
Oh, one thing, was there a minimum requirement to get through levels? I played a bunch of them and I never saw anything tell me the score parameters.

TrueDarkness responds:

There are 5 levels in the game, after you've gotten through the 5th level you can submit your score. Thanks for the review, I took it into account, and I'm glad you liked the game itself without judging too much on how you disliked the music, =D Thanks for the review

Great for soccer fans

Entertaining game. The Hat choice was a nice touch, most definitely. All around it was pretty worth while. I must say, a bit of a bug, though, I had two cannon-firing players, and was alternating the firing on both of them and one of their players who got hit fell as if dead and did not return. The game would not let me progress to the next level as it registered the player as still alive (or having health points, at least) and i could not continue to attack that said player with cannons or hand held weapons.
Besides that unfortunate incident, good game!

Well done, if unoriginal...

It was a well made game, for flash, don't get me wrong. However, I found the AI could use some touching up. For instance, in the "king of the hill" mission, neither of my opponents made an effort take the hill, and often times, enemies hit by grenades early in the match would "pass" for the remainder. Other than that, it's a good worms port, but the fact that it is so reminiscent of Worms takes away from its legitimacy, in my opinion, anyway.
Like I said, it is a good flash game.

Interesting concept...

Something mildly educational on Newgrounds, which is interesting.
The graphics of the guns were certainly nice, though it would be nice if there was say, a sound clip of the gun firing or something.
Also, one small error, the "effective range" of the thompson is listed as "20 or 30 round box ("stick") magazines...." the same as the magazine capacity.
I only say this because it was solely an "educational" sort of work: Length was spelled Lenght pretty much throughout. Sorry to be a picky grammar and spelling bastard.

Oberst-Bart responds:

thanks!I have fixed the errors now

I'm confused.

Maybe some kind of tutorial or something would help?
I'm going to go play it again to see if I missed something, but basically, i sat there collecting gold, and upgrading, and then turn 50 came and SURPRISE! the game was over and i had lost both militarily and economically.
An explanation would be great at the beginning.
Also, if it were possible, could you have the music loop play THROUGH the turn transitions? Rather than starting over each time. That would be considerably less annoying. the music itself was pretty cool, could you tell me where/how you got it?
Perhaps you could brush up the game and resubmit? or just keep the tutorial/sound thing in mind for your next submission. Good luck!

drDAK responds:

I know it lacks a tutorial, and I plan to install one later. Remeber, this isn't exactly a one minute game.

In order to win militarily all you need is the bigger military. Simply build a barracks (which is the last improvement after clocktower) and you can recruit for 900 gold. Be sure to read the military science manual in the game.

Economically, usually if you have between 800-900 gold you will win.

I forgot to mention this in the game, but once you have 3 tanks, you can 'take over', and win indefinately.

Good game, but I can't keep playing...

I want to play on, but it's upsetting me. I enjoy the dual wield, and some of the levels were very intense, but I seem to be bugged.
The bug is that when i choose to equip a weapon (either primary or secondary) the game takes my earned money, but with no result. I was stuck using the pistol and knife for the duration. This made me sad.
besides this, however, I thought the game was very enjoyable. Right up there with "all hallow's eve", which i must say is VERY similar.

painisenjoyment responds:

did you try hitting Q and E. let alone READING THE INSTRUCTIONS?!
